Change to the Company's Constitution

To formally incorporate the Health Society (ASSH) into the SIAA, the Executive drafted a new Constitution, which was accepted at the 2007 AGM.

The process for doing this was to produce a Principles document, which stated the desired outcomes. This Principles document was agreed with ASSH, and used as a basis for the proposed modifications to the Constitution. Elements which are not appropriate to be incorporated in the Constitution will be included by ASSH in the ASSH Terms of Reference.
