How to Book and Details of Payment Deadlines

In order to confirm your sponsorship, we will require the Application to Sponsor form and fifty percent (50%) deposit payment to be forwarded by return mail. The balance payment will be required by 1 August 2007.

Cheques should be made payable to SimTecT Health Care Simulation Conference and forwarded to the Conference Organiser.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of withdrawal of sponsorship/exhibition booth booking, please be advised that unless that particular area of sponsorship/booth is resold, the Conference will reserve the right to retain deposit monies received.
